Ensure compliance with UAE laws and regulations, manage legal risks, and provide practical legal solutions for business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide advice on corporate, commercial, labor, and regulatory matters.
- Draft, review, negotiate, and manage contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
- Ensure compliance with UAE laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Support corporate governance and risk management initiatives.
- Handle disputes, claims, and litigation with external counsel when required.
- Advise management on legal implications of business decisions.
- Monitor UAE legislative changes and assess their organizational impact.
- Assist with licensing, regulatory approvals, and government-related legal matters.
- Develop and implement internal legal policies and procedures.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB); an LLM is advantageous.
- At least 2–3 years of legal experience, preferably in the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of UAE commercial, corporate, labor, and regulatory laws.
- Experience in contract drafting and negotiation.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Fluent English; Arabic language skills are highly preferred.
