Job summary
Accountant responsible for day-to-day accounting and financial records.
The role supports bookkeeping, invoices, payments, reconciliations, UAE VAT records, and monthly financial reporting.
Salary
- Salary is AED 2,000–4,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain accurate daily accounting and financial records.
- Prepare and issue customer invoices and quotations.
- Record and monitor payments, receipts, expenses, and purchases.
- Perform regular bank and cash reconciliations.
- Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable records.
- Follow up on outstanding customer payments.
- Assist with UAE VAT calculations, records, and filing requirements.
- Maintain documentation for financial transactions and ensure invoices and transactions are properly supported.
- Prepare monthly sales, expense, collection, and financial reports.
- Manage accounting records through Zoho Books or similar accounting software.
- Coordinate with management on financial matters and cash flow.
- Assist with audits and provide financial documents when required.
