Job Summary
The Debt Settlement & Client Resolution Officer assists clients with outstanding debts by negotiating with banks, financial institutions, and creditors.
The role manages client cases from initial consultation through settlement while supporting compliance with UAE laws and company policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet clients to understand their financial situations and settlement requirements.
- Review credit card, loan, and other debt-related documents.
- Negotiate debt settlements, restructuring plans, and repayment agreements.
- Liaise with legal consultants, financial institutions, and government authorities when required.
- Prepare settlement proposals, applications, and supporting documentation.
- Maintain case records and update the CRM system regularly.
- Keep clients informed about case status and provide professional guidance.
- Ensure confidentiality and compliance with company policies.
- Achieve case closure and client satisfaction targets.
- Identify opportunities to offer additional legal and corporate services.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in debt settlement, banking, financial services, legal consultancy, or collections.
