Job Summary
Seaworks Company is seeking a highly experienced Legal Advisor with expertise in court cases, legal affairs, corporate law, and labour matters.
The role represents and protects the company’s legal interests, manages disputes, and provides strategic legal guidance to reduce legal and operational risks.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle and follow up on court cases, legal disputes, and litigation matters.
- Coordinate with external lawyers, legal consultants, and government authorities.
- Review, draft, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
- Advise management on labour law, commercial law, and legal compliance.
- Prepare legal notices, responses, and case-related documentation.
- Ensure company compliance with Qatar laws and regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, LLB, or equivalent.
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in legal affairs and court case handling.
- Strong knowledge of Qatar labour, commercial, and corporate laws.
- Experience dealing with courts, police cases, and legal authorities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Arabic and English proficiency is preferred.
