Seaworks Company was founded in Kuwait in 1991 as a marine services contractor and has expanded into marine construction, ship management, heavy equipment rentals, and earthworks.

The group has experience in engineering, construction, infrastructure development, horticultural farming, and large-scale agricultural production.
Role Description
Temporary, on-site Commercial Manager position based in Qatar.
The role supports commercial planning and execution for marine and construction-related projects.
Responsibilities
- Oversee commercial management activities and coordinate contract negotiations and administration.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and client requirements.
- Prepare and review budgets, forecasts, and business plans.
- Track project costs and revenues and provide commercial reports to senior management.
- Collaborate with project, engineering, and finance teams to optimize commercial outcomes and support decisions.
- Manage risks and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and partners.
