Role Overview
Manage leasing coordination and tenant relationship activities across a specialised Film Studio asset.
Support commercial performance and long-term occupier satisfaction through onboarding, occupancy management, retention, and renewal.
Responsibilities
- Support leasing and occupancy strategies across the Film Studio asset.
- Coordinate tenant and operator onboarding, move-in readiness, service activation, and operational integration.
- Serve as the primary operational contact for tenants, operators, and commercial occupants.
- Manage tenant communications, issue resolution, retention, satisfaction, and renewal activities.
- Coordinate lease administration, documentation, occupancy monitoring, cross-functional support, escalations, reporting, and commercial discussions.
- Monitor tenant compliance with operational, contractual, access, and HSE requirements.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Hospitality, Property Management, or a related field.
- 5 to 7 years of experience in leasing, tenant relations, property management, hospitality operations, or commercial asset management.
- Experience managing tenant-facing or operator-facing activities in commercial, hospitality, entertainment, or operational environments.
- Strong stakeholder management, customer relationship, issue resolution, follow-up, and communication skills.
- Understanding of leasing operations, occupier onboarding, occupancy management, and cross-functional service activation.
Preferred Background
- Experience within mixed-use, entertainment, hospitality, or specialised commercial assets.
- Exposure to entertainment, creative, destination-based, or specialised asset environments.
