Leasing Specialist – Secondary Market (Dubai)
We are looking for a driven and results-oriented **Leasing Specialist** to join our real estate team, specializing in the **secondary market (resale & rental properties)** in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle client inquiries and generate new leads (leasing & resale)
- **Source property owners and bring new listings to the company (landlord acquisition)**
- Build and maintain a strong portfolio of secondary market listings
- Develop relationships with landlords to secure direct and exclusive listings
- Conduct property viewings and client meetings professionally
- Match client requirements with suitable properties
- Negotiate leasing terms and close deals efficiently
- Follow up consistently to maximize conversion rates
- Upload and manage listings on platforms such as Property Finder and Bayut
- Optimize listings (photos, descriptions, pricing) to generate high-quality leads
- Maintain accurate CRM records and reports
- Stay up to date with Dubai real estate market trends and pricing
Requirements
- **2–3 years of experience** in UAE real estate (secondary market preferred)
- **Strong knowledge of Dubai real estate market**
- Proven ability to **generate listings (not only handle leads)**
- Hands-on experience using Property Finder and Bayut
- Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
- Target-driven and able to work under pressure
- **Own car is preferred**
- Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus)
