Role Overview
The Leasing Specialist markets properties, attracts prospective tenants, conducts viewings, negotiates leases, and maintains tenant relationships.
The role supports occupancy targets, rental revenue, customer satisfaction, and compliance with company policies and real estate regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Market residential, commercial, or retail properties and respond to leasing inquiries.
- Conduct property tours, presentations, and tenant follow-up activities.
- Negotiate, prepare, review, and process lease agreements and related documents.
- Manage renewals, tenant retention, leasing records, databases, and reports.
- Coordinate tenant move-in and move-out processes with internal departments.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and rental rates to support leasing strategies.
- Support occupancy and revenue targets while maintaining tenant and partner relationships.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in leasing, property management, real estate, or a related field.
- Professional real estate or leasing certification is an advantage.
Required Skills
- Strong negotiation, sales, communication, interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills.
- Customer service orientation and ability to build professional relationships.
- Microsoft Office proficiency and ability to analyze market data and prepare reports.
- Fluency in Arabic and English is preferred.
