Manage leasing activities and support the operation of residential, commercial, or industrial properties.
Attract prospective tenants, maintain high occupancy, support tenant satisfaction, and maximize property revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily leasing operations and tenant relations.
- Market available properties, conduct tours, and respond to leasing enquiries.
- Screen applicants, including through background and credit checks.
- Prepare and negotiate lease agreements under company policies.
- Collect rent on time and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Resolve tenant complaints and coordinate with maintenance teams.
- Maintain leasing records, contracts, and documentation.
- Monitor market trends and recommend occupancy improvement strategies.
- Ensure compliance with local real estate laws and regulations.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in leasing, property management, or real estate.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, sales, and negotiation abilities.
- Knowledge of leasing regulations and property laws.
- Good organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and property management systems.
Preferred Skills
- Professional certification in real estate or leasing is optional.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet leasing targets.
