Role Description

Aseel Holding is looking for dynamic Suadis Leasing & Sales Officers to support both the commercial and operational aspects of our real estate portfolio.

This role combines client-facing sales activities with leasing coordination and administration, offering a well-rounded opportunity within the leasing and sales department.

Property Marketing & Client Acquisition

Promote and market available properties to prospective clients (buyers & tenants)

Handle client and tenant inquiries professionally

Conduct property viewings and site visits

Follow up on leads and convert prospects into tenants or buyers

Leasing & Sales Negotiation

Negotiate lease and sales terms with clients

Prepare proposals, offers, and agreements

Support closing of transactions and ensure timely completion

Lease Administration & Coordination

Manage lease documentation, renewals, expirations, and updates

Maintain accurate records of clients, contracts, and transactions

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Client Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and tenants

Provide professional support throughout leasing and sales processes

Address inquiries, requests, and concerns efficiently

Reporting & Team Coordination

Track leads, deals, and performance against targets

Prepare reports on leasing activity, occupancy, and sales

Coordinate with internal teams (property management, finance, legal)

What We’re Looking For

1–4 years of experience in real estate leasing, sales, or related roles

Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills

Good organizational and administrative abilities

Target-driven with a commercial mindset

Proficiency In Microsoft Office

Fluent in English
