- Conduct Highest & Best Use (HBU) assessments for land and real estate assets
- Evaluate development opportunities and provide recommendations based on market and regulatory factors
- Review zoning regulations, municipality requirements, and development controls
- Support feasibility studies, market research, and development strategies
- Prepare reports, presentations, and development proposals for management review
- Assist in identifying, analyzing, and assessing new investment opportunities
- Coordinate with consultants, authorities, and internal stakeholders throughout the development process
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Urban Planning, Real Estate, or a related field
- 3–7 years of relevant experience in real estate development, feasibility analysis, urban planning, or development advisory
- Strong understanding of land development, planning regulations, and development potential assessments
- Experience preparing feasibility studies and development recommendations
- Strong analytical, presentation, and report writing skills
- Experience in the Saudi Arabian real estate market is highly preferred
- Knowledge of HBU methodology is highly desirable

Overview
- Aseel Holding is seeking an Architect with a strong interest in real estate development, feasibility studies, and Highest & Best Use (HBU) analysis to join our growing team in Riyadh.
- This is not a traditional design focused role. We are looking for a professional who can evaluate development opportunities, assess land potential, and support strategic real estate investment decisions.
Key Responsibilities

Compensation
- Salary: Up to SAR 20,000 per month, based on qualifications and experience.
