- Source and secure residential and commercial rental listings
- Build and maintain relationships with landlords and property owners
- Conduct property viewings and area tours for prospective tenants
- Negotiate rental terms between landlords and tenants
- Manage the complete leasing process from inquiry to contract signing
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, portals, social media, and prospecting
- Stay updated on Dubai rental market trends and pricing
Requirements
- Previous experience in real estate leasing preferred
- Strong sales, communication, and negotiation skills
- Excellent customer service and relationship building abilities
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets
- Knowledge of Dubai communities and rental market is an advantage
- UAE Driving License preferred
- RERA Certification is a plus

About the Role
- We are looking for a dynamic and results driven Leasing Property Consultant (Rental Agent) to join our growing real estate team in Dubai.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating rental listings, conducting property viewings, building relationships with landlords and tenants, and successfully closing leasing transactions.

Key Responsibilities
- Source and secure residential and commercial rental listings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and property owners.
- Conduct regular market visits to identify new rental opportunities.
- Ensure all listings are accurate, updated, and compliant with company standards.
- Arrange and conduct property viewings for prospective tenants.
- Provide area tours and market insights to clients.
- Present properties professionally and effectively.
- Match tenant requirements with suitable available properties.
- Manage the complete leasing process from inquiry to contract signing.
- Negotiate rental terms between landlords and tenants.
- Assist clients with tenancy agreements and leasing documentation.
- Ensure smooth and timely transaction completion.
Requirements
- Previous experience in real estate leasing is preferred.
- Strong sales, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent customer service and relationship building abilities.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Knowledge of Dubai communities and rental market is an advantage.
- UAE Driving License preferred.
- RERA Certification is a plus.
