· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
· Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in property leasing or a related sales role.
· Proven track record of success in achieving leasing targets and exceeding revenue goals.
· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
· Strong organizational and time management skills.
· Proficiency in MS Office Suite and property management software (a plus).
· Experience in marketing and lead generation through online platforms
· Experience working in the Abu Dhabi real estate market (a plus).
· Arabic language fluency
