About the Role

Responsibilities
- Source, identify and approach property owners and landlords to list properties for lease
- Market available properties: prepare and post listings, coordinate/attend viewings, highlight features/amenities to prospective tenants
- Conduct negotiations with prospective tenants and finalize lease terms in line with company policy and client expectations
- Monitor and analyze local market trends and competitor offerings to advise on rental values and occupancy strategy
- Provide excellent customer service to both landlords and tenants: handle inquiries, resolve issues/complaints, coordinate with maintenance/operations as needed
- Hit monthly/quarterly leasing targets (e.g., occupancy rate, number of new leases)
Requirements
- Minimum 1 2 years of experience in leasing, real estate sales or property management (UAE experience preferred)
- Valid UAE driving license and own transport
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills; fluency in English is essential
- Good knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market, leasing practices and relevant regulatory processes
- Ability to work independently, meet targets, prioritize tasks and operate in a fast paced environment
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience using CRM/property management software is an advantage
- Arabic language skills are an advantage

Job Purpose
- The Leasing Agent is responsible for marketing, leasing and managing rental properties (residential and/or commercial) on behalf of property owners in Abu Dhabi. Qualifications & Skills
