- Manage daily administrative operations of the property management department
- Prepare and maintain tenancy contracts, lease renewals, and property records
- Coordinate maintenance requests and follow up with contractors and service providers
- Handle documentation related to properties, leasing, and management support
- Maintain organized records for licenses, permits, and company registrations
- Support property managers with administrative documentation and tenant coordination
- Coordinate with government authorities, developers, and service providers
- Prepare correspondence, reports, and management presentations
- Arrange meetings, inspections, and team coordination activities
- Monitor office supplies, facilities, and maintenance operations
- Support staff onboarding documentation and administrative records when required
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Experience in property management or real estate administration, preferably in Abu Dhabi
- Knowledge of Abu Dhabi real estate and property management procedures
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient in MS Office and property management systems
- Arabic and English are mandatory

Job Summary
