Job Summary

  • The Property Management Admin in a real estate company is responsible for managing administrative operations to support property leasing, management, and maintenance activities.

Key Responsibilities Administration

  • Manage daily administrative operations of the property management department.
  • Prepare and maintain tenancy contracts, lease renewals, and property records.
  • Coordinate maintenance requests and follow up with contractors and service providers.
  • Handle documentation related to properties, leasing, and management support.
  • Maintain organized records for licenses, permits, and company registrations.
  • Support property managers with administrative documentation and tenant coordination.
  • Coordinate with government authorities, developers, and service providers.
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, and management presentations.
  • Arrange meetings, inspections, and team coordination activities.
  • Monitor office supplies, facilities, and maintenance operations.
  • Support staff onboarding documentation and administrative records when required.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Experience in property management or real estate administration, preferably in Abu Dhabi.
  • Knowledge of Abu Dhabi real estate and property management procedures.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office and property management systems.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Languages

  • Arabic and English are mandatory.
