Our Leasing & Admin work together with our management team members and are responsible for Leasing our available suites to prospects looking for a place to call home.
Respond to all leasing inquiries through email, telephone calls and walk-in traffic
Conduct Community Tours
Manage and execute all related paperwork, reference calls, and follow up as required
Coordinates with our site teams to ensure a seamless move-in experience for our residents
Coordinates with our management and site team members to complete turnover and move-in suite inspections to ensure all suites are completely ready for residents to move-in on agreed date
Prepare leasing reporting as required
Keep up to date with competitive trends and offerings through continuous market analysis and routine competitor evaluations.
Manage administrative duties related to application processing and lease administration using online systems and Yardi software.
Maintain and safeguard resident information in compliance with privacy policies and regulations.
