Learning & Organisational Development Practitioner

We're looking for someone who is passionate about helping people learn, grow and achieve their potential. You'll be an engaging facilitator, a strong relationship builder and someone who enjoys bringing fresh ideas and creative thinking to the learning experience.

You'll be successful in this role if you:

Have experience designing and delivering engaging learning and development solutions.

Are a confident facilitator who can adapt your approach to suit different audiences and learning styles.

Build strong, credible relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

Can translate complex information into practical, engaging and accessible learning experiences.

Are highly organised and able to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.

Use insight, feedback and evaluation data to continuously improve learning outcomes.

Are comfortable working independently while also being a collaborative and supportive team member.

Have experience using Microsoft 365 and digital learning tools to create high-quality learning resources.

Bring creativity, curiosity and a continuous improvement mindset to everything you do.

Are passionate about creating inclusive learning environments where everyone feels valued and able to succeed.
