Create, update, and retire content in the LMS including self-paced modules, curricula, playlists, assignments, and observation checklists.
Maintain accurate course metadata, availability, and learner access.
Implement approved certificates, email content, and learning object updates.
Partner with the Analyst, Application Services (IT team) to coordinate escalation and resolution of technical LMS issues and system-related enhancements.
Manage creation, updates, and retirement of instructor-led training events and sessions.
Maintain class rosters and learner records.
Support learner communications related to training events.
Maintain learning resources within the LMS and Analytics community platforms.
Manage learning-related announcements, discussion boards, and event postings.
Support initiatives to improve learner engagement and adoption
Serve as primary point of contact for external member LMS questions or issues.
Run LMS reports related to utilization and completions.
Share insights with the Learning Strategy Lead to support continuous improvement.
Partner with the Analyst, Application Services (IT team) to coordinate escalation and resolution of technical LMS issues and system-related enhancements.
Minimum of 3 years of experience administering or supporting a learning management system (Cornerstone preferred).
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in education, instructional design, training, or learning systems.
Demonstrated understanding of adult learning theory and its application to effective learning experiences.
Experience applying instructional design principles to develop, organize, or improve self-paced and instructor-led learning content.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and collaborate across teams.
Familiarity with learning technologies and reporting tools are preferred.
