  • Create, update, and retire content in the LMS including self-paced modules, curricula, playlists, assignments, and observation checklists.
  • Maintain accurate course metadata, availability, and learner access.
  • Implement approved certificates, email content, and learning object updates.
  • Partner with the Analyst, Application Services (IT team) to coordinate escalation and resolution of technical LMS issues and system-related enhancements.
  • Manage creation, updates, and retirement of instructor-led training events and sessions.
  • Maintain class rosters and learner records.
  • Support learner communications related to training events.
  • Maintain learning resources within the LMS and Analytics community platforms.
  • Manage learning-related announcements, discussion boards, and event postings.
  • Support initiatives to improve learner engagement and adoption
  • Serve as primary point of contact for external member LMS questions or issues.
  • Run LMS reports related to utilization and completions.
  • Share insights with the Learning Strategy Lead to support continuous improvement.
  • Partner with the Analyst, Application Services (IT team) to coordinate escalation and resolution of technical LMS issues and system-related enhancements.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience administering or supporting a learning management system (Cornerstone preferred).
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in education, instructional design, training, or learning systems.
  • Demonstrated understanding of adult learning theory and its application to effective learning experiences.
  • Experience applying instructional design principles to develop, organize, or improve self-paced and instructor-led learning content.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and collaborate across teams.
  • Familiarity with learning technologies and reporting tools are preferred.
