Primary Purpose
Design and deliver impactful training programs for real estate agents and staff.
Cover onboarding, soft skills, sales techniques, market analysis, pricing strategies, and compliance.
Facilitate in-person and virtual sessions, conduct training needs analysis, and align learning with business goals.
Training and Development Responsibilities
- Design onboarding and continuous learning programs for agents and staff.
- Create modules on soft skills, real estate trends, pricing, investment calculations, and property evaluation.
- Facilitate in-person and virtual training sessions.
- Lead workshops on prospecting, lead conversion, negotiation, and client engagement.
- Conduct needs analyses based on performance, feedback, and company goals.
- Align learning initiatives with business metrics and market demands.
Market Analysis and Content
- Teach comparative market analysis and property valuation using market data.
- Train staff on market trends, pricing strategies, area comparisons, amenities, and property performance.
- Guide agents in using market data platforms and analytics tools.
