Role Overview
Lead learning and development initiatives that strengthen employee capabilities, engagement, and organizational performance.
Identify capability gaps, create relevant learning solutions, and connect development initiatives with business objectives.
Work closely with business leaders and internal teams to support career development and talent growth.
Core Responsibilities
- Identify learning needs and translate business requirements into effective development solutions.
- Develop training strategies and coordinate learning and development programs.
- Evaluate learning initiatives, assess outcomes, and track program effectiveness.
- Manage learning resources and promote a continuous learning culture.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources, Business, Education, Psychology, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of learning and development principles, training design, talent development, and employee engagement.
- Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong project management and organizational abilities with attention to detail.
