Role Description
Deliver exceptional service and create positive experiences throughout the customer journey.
Respond to inquiries, understand customer needs, resolve issues, and provide accurate and timely information.
Support customer onboarding, follow up on requests, gather feedback, and collaborate with internal teams.
The ideal candidate is empathetic, patient, proactive, solution-oriented, professional, and service-focused.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong customer-service mindset.
- Friendly, empathetic, patient, and professional approach when interacting with customers.
- Strong problem-solving and active listening skills with the ability to understand customer needs.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple customer requests effectively.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to follow established processes and service standards.
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with CRM, customer support, or communication platforms is an advantage.
- Proficiency in English and strong interpersonal skills.
