Role Overview
Lead the design and delivery of learning initiatives that strengthen employee capabilities and support organizational performance.
Foster a culture of continuous development and align talent development initiatives with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct training needs assessments and develop annual learning plans.
- Design and deliver training programs and coordinate internal and external learning resources.
- Work with department leaders and HR teams to identify capability gaps and establish development priorities.
- Create learning solutions for different employee groups.
- Develop training materials, learning frameworks, competency models, and development programs.
- Track learning participation and effectiveness, analyze feedback and performance outcomes, and improve learning strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, Business, Management, or a related discipline.
- Strong understanding of learning and development principles, adult learning, talent development, and organizational capability building.
- Excellent training design, facilitation, presentation, communication, project management, and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Ability to assess learning needs and translate business requirements into practical development programs.
