Role Description
Lead strategic digital transformation initiatives that improve business efficiency, customer experience, operational agility, and digital capabilities.
Use technology, data, automation, and digital solutions to support business growth and organizational transformation.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess existing business processes and identify digitalization opportunities.
- Develop transformation roadmaps and coordinate implementation across functions.
- Collaborate with business, technology, operations, and other stakeholders to define requirements.
- Optimize workflows and support adoption of new systems and solutions.
- Monitor project progress, evaluate business impact, establish performance indicators, and manage transformation risks.
- Prepare management reports and drive organizational adoption of new technologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in information technology, business, engineering, computer science, digital transformation, or a related discipline.
- Strong understanding of digital transformation, business process optimization, automation, and technology-enabled business models.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Ability to translate business requirements into practical digital solutions.
