The Employee Relations Manager promotes positive workplace relationships, employee engagement, and fair and consistent people practices.

The role provides guidance on employee relations matters, workplace policies, conflict resolution, and organizational standards.

Manage employee relations cases and advise employees and managers on workplace policies and procedures.
Support grievance and disciplinary processes and handle concerns objectively, confidentially, and promptly.
Work with HR and business leaders to identify workplace issues, resolve conflicts, and strengthen communication.
Review and improve HR policies, monitor employee relations trends, and support investigations.
Maintain accurate documentation and provide management with insights on workplace matters.

Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources, Business, Law, Psychology, or a related discipline.
Strong understanding of employee relations, workplace policies, conflict resolution, and HR practices.
Knowledge of applicable employment laws and regulatory requirements.
Strong communication, negotiation, mediation, interpersonal, judgment, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle confidential matters with professionalism and discretion.
