- Proven experience in L&D or training management, ideally in construction or engineering
- Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid setting

Role Description

- Background in leadership development to design and deliver management programs.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Education, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in L&D or training management, ideally in construction or engineering.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid setting and manage multiple projects.
- Familiarity with UAE labor practices is an advantage.
