Role Description
- The Enterprise Architect will provide strategic guidance on aligning business objectives with technology solutions across Arb Con Bin Zayed Contracting LLC’s construction and project portfolio.
- This part time, hybrid role is based in Dubai, with a mix of on site collaboration and work from home flexibility.
- Day to day responsibilities include assessing current enterprise systems, defining target architecture, and developing roadmaps for business, application, and technical capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Assess current enterprise systems, define target architecture, and develop roadmaps for business, application, and technical capabilities.
- Work closely with leadership, project managers, and technical teams to design integrated solutions, ensure architectural consistency, and manage standards, governance, and documentation.
- Evaluate new technologies, support solution design for key initiatives, and advise on scalability, security, and performance across the organization’s IT landscape.
Qualifications
- Strong Enterprise Architecture and Solution Architecture skills to design and govern end to end enterprise wide solutions.
- Business Architecture expertise to align processes, capabilities, and organizational structures with strategic business goals.
- Application Architecture experience to define application portfolios, integration patterns, and lifecycle management.
- Technical Architecture knowledge to oversee infrastructure, platforms, security, and performance considerations.
- Experience with architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman) and modeling tools.
- Proven ability to work with cross functional teams, including business stakeholders and IT specialists, in a hybrid work environment.
- Relevant academic background in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field; professional certifications in enterprise architecture are an advantage.
- Experience in construction, engineering, or project based industries in the GCC region is beneficial.
- Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills, with the ability to present complex concepts clearly to non technical audiences.
