Role Description
Design and implement learning and development initiatives that strengthen employee capabilities, engagement, and organizational performance.
Assess learning needs, develop training strategies, coordinate learning programs, and evaluate their effectiveness.
Work with business leaders and internal stakeholders to identify capability gaps and align learning initiatives with organizational goals.
Responsibilities
- Manage training calendars and develop learning content.
- Support leadership and talent development programs.
- Monitor learning outcomes and promote a culture of continuous development.
- Apply a structured and creative approach to learning and employee development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, Business, or a related discipline.
- Strong understanding of learning and development principles, training methodologies, and talent management.
- Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, interpersonal, project management, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Ability to identify learning needs and translate them into effective development solutions.
