Role overview
Develop and manage customer relationship strategies that improve engagement, retention, conversion, and long-term customer value.
The CRM Manager works across marketing, sales, product, and analytics teams to align customer communications with business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute CRM campaigns across relevant channels.
- Manage customer segmentation and analyze customer behavior and lifecycle data.
- Identify opportunities to improve conversion and retention.
- Develop customer journeys and monitor campaign performance.
- Conduct A/B testing and optimize communication strategies.
- Maintain CRM data quality.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, product, and analytics teams.
Qualifications
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Business, Communications, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
- Understand CRM principles, customer lifecycle management, segmentation, and retention strategies.
- Have data analysis proficiency and familiarity with CRM, marketing automation, and customer engagement platforms.
- Demonstrate analytical, problem-solving, communication, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Manage multiple campaigns and priorities with strong attention to detail.
