Role Overview
Property Shop Investment is seeking an experienced Learning and Development Team Lead to lead its L&D team and manage company training programmes.
The role combines team leadership with direct delivery of training across departments.
Programme Development
- Identify training needs and conduct Training Needs Analysis across departments.
- Design programmes for new joiners and existing employees, including onboarding, sales, leadership, soft skills, and compliance.
- Create training materials, presentations, activities, assessments, and e-learning content.
- Develop classroom, online, and blended learning programmes using ADDIE and adult learning principles.
Team Leadership
- Lead and support a small Learning and Development team.
- Set team goals, manage daily priorities and training projects, and review programme quality.
- Coach and develop team members to improve their skills and performance.
Training Delivery
- Deliver onboarding and training sessions across different departments.
- Facilitate workshops, leadership training, sales training, and skills-development programmes.
