Learning Designer - (2 years Contract)

• Responsible for designing and developing medium to high complexity engaging and impactful digital learning solutions, in various formats (including e-learning modules, training manuals, and multimedia content), for different functional areas and target groups, according to organizational learning needs and objectives.
• Responsible for applying instructional design theories, adult learning principles, methodologies and best practices in digital learning to develop impactul and effective learning solution.
• Responsible for creating concepts and storyboards for various digital learning formats (including e-learning modules, training manuals, and multimedia content).Technology Integration & Innovation
• Responsible for using standard Learning Design authoring tools and state-of-the-art instructional methods, functionalities and features.
• Responsible for staying up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in instructional design.
• Responsible for implementing interactive elements and multimedia in learning solutions to enhance learner engagement.
• Responsible to propose solutions for improvement in own area of expertise (usage of Learning Design authoring tools, instructional design theories, adult learning principles and methodologies, etc).Testing
