Responsibilities

Design and implement comprehensive training programs that meet the diverse needs of our workforce, using modern instructional design principles and learning technologies to maximize effectiveness.
2.
Conduct regular training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and create actionable plans to address those gaps through targeted learning initiatives.
3.
Collaborate with department heads to develop tailored training solutions that align with departmental objectives and overall business goals.
4.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through qualitative and quantitative metrics, adjusting content and delivery methods based on feedback and performance outcomes.
5.
Facilitate engaging training sessions, workshops, and seminars, utilizing various instructional techniques to cater to different learning styles and preferences.
6.
Manage the learning management system (LMS), ensuring all training materials and resources are up-to-date, accessible, and effectively utilized by employees.
7.
Provide coaching and mentorship to employees, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth throughout the organization.
8.
Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in learning and development, integrating new ideas and technologies into our training programs.
9.
Prepare and present reports on training activities, employee performance, and development initiatives to senior management, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
Skills
- Proven experience in designing and implementing effective training programs that drive employee engagement and performance.
- Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theories to create impactful learning experiences.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with employees at all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in using learning management systems and e-learning tools to deliver training content effectively.
