The Lead Software Test Engineer in the DMS Change Management Team is a strategic asset for our organization operating in this complex and demanding sector. In-depth understanding of Capital Markets: financial instruments, trading platforms, regulations, and industry best practices.

Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders: developers, product owners, business analysts, and leadership.
Collaborate with development leads to resolve defects, improve code quality, and align on quality standards.
Lead code and test strategy reviews and provide testing feedback and direction to the team.
Present testing results, quality metrics, and strategic recommendations to leadership in clear and concise reports.
Model a proactive mindset, eager to learn new things and drive a culture of efficiency and accuracy.
ISTQB certification (Advanced level a plus).
Capital Markets domain knowledge, preferably with BUY SIDE firms and experience.
Experience working with Reference Data Management setup and understanding of various asset classes (Equity, Derivatives, and Fixed Income, etc.) and Market data feeds (Reuters, Bloomberg, MarkIT, etc.).
Prior formal people-management or team-lead experience.
