About the Role
Worley is seeking a Lead Technical HSE Engineer for a PMC role on an ADNOC offshore project in Abu Dhabi. The role involves overseeing Loss Prevention engineering, ensuring HSSEQ goals, and managing contractor deliverables.

Responsibilities
- Ensure HSSEQ goals, objectives and targets are met through personal leadership and involvement
- Coordinate and supervise Loss Prevention engineering aspects of the project
- Supervise and coordinate technical reviews of Loss Prevention deliverables developed by Contractor and Licensors
- Co ordinate and interface with other Technical Departments, Business Units, Operations, and Maintenance functions
- Provide technical expertise on Loss Prevention Engineering during all project phases
- Develop and establish systems, procedures and standards for effective project implementation
- Champion Project Safety culture, behaviors and engagement activities
- Review and approve Contractor’s Loss Prevention Engineering activities
- Provide PMC Loss Prevention performance data and reports to Management and Owner
- Participate in Layout, P&ID, PHASER, HAZID, HAZOP, SIL, Safety Reviews, PSSR, constructability reviews, 3D Model reviews, safety audits, QRA workshops
- Review technical bid submissions and perform technical bid analysis
- Provide assistance and support to Construction, Pre commissioning and Commissioning phases
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant engineering discipline or equivalent
- Minimum 15+ years of relevant experience in Oil & Gas or Petrochemical industry
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position on major Oil & Gas or Petrochemical projects
- ADNOC & Offshore project experience preferred
- PMC experience preferred
- Experience in FEED & EPC Phases required

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant engineering discipline or equivalent from an accredited university.
- Minimum 15+ years of relevant experience in Oil & Gas or Petrochemical industry, including 5 years (preferred) in GCC region.
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar position on major Oil & Gas or Petrochemical projects, managing a team.
- ADNOC & Offshore project experience preferred.
- PMC experiences are preferable.
- Experience in FEED & EPC Phases is required.
Responsibilities
- Ensuring HSSEQ goals, objectives and targets are met through personal leadership and involvement.
- Safe delivery and handover of the Project to the Owner, sustainably, safely, on time, within budget.
- Coordinate and supervise the Loss Prevention engineering aspects of the Assiut Hydrocracking Complex Project.
- Supervise, oversee and coordinate regular and timely technical reviews of Loss Prevention related Engineering deliverables.
- Co ordinate and interface with other Technical Departments, Business Units, Operations, and Maintenance functions.
- Provide technical expertise on all subject matter pertaining to Loss Prevention Engineering during all phases.
- Develop and establish systems, procedures and standards for effective implementation of the Project.
- Champion the Project Safety culture, behaviors and engagement activities.
- Reporting to the PMC Engineering Manager and works under his direction.
- Ensure quality and accuracy of Contractor’s Loss Prevention Engineering activities.
- Review and approve Contractor’s work and ensure compliance with Contract obligations.
- Provide PMC Loss Prevention performance data and reports to PMC Management and the Owner.
