- Manage vendor relationships, coordinate content lifecycles, and deliver training across a wide range of business functions
- Build a learning ecosystem that is aligned to organisational goals, grounded in best practice, and measurable in its impact
Requirements
- Degree qualified
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in Learning & Development, HR, Instructional Design, or a related field
- Hands on expertise across instructional design, eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise, and Vyond
- Strong proficiency in learning analytics, LMS platforms, and project coordination
- Collaborative, detail oriented, and tech savvy, with a curiosity for emerging learning technologies and a commitment to continuous improvement

- You are also collaborative, detail oriented, and tech savvy, with a curiosity for emerging learning technologies and a commitment to continuous improvement.
