- Lead development of enterprise digital and business strategies aligned with organizational vision
- Define digital innovation roadmaps including operating models and transformation priorities
- Conduct market, industry, and competitive assessments to support strategic decision making
- Identify and evaluate innovation opportunities leveraging AI, data analytics, automation, and digital platforms
- Translate innovation concepts into actionable initiatives with business cases and implementation plans
- Support design and rollout of digital governance models, KPIs, and performance measurement structures
- Lead cross functional teams and collaborate with business, technology, and external partners
- Facilitate executive workshops, strategic planning sessions, and stakeholder alignment forums
- Oversee end to end strategy delivery ensuring alignment with scope, timelines, and quality standards
- Establish transformation governance structures, reporting mechanisms, and executive dashboards
Requirements
- 15 to 17 years of experience in strategy consulting or digital innovation
- Proven ability to lead development of enterprise digital strategies
- Experience with emerging technologies such as AI, data analytics, automation, and digital platforms
- Strong stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills
- Ability to oversee end to end strategy delivery and transformation governance
