- Drive Agile adoption and continuous improvement across multiple teams
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, workshops, and retrospectives
- Identify and remove organizational and team level impediments
- Support teams in improving planning, delivery, collaboration, and predictability
- Partner with leadership to align Agile practices with business objectives
- Assess Agile maturity and recommend improvement initiatives
- Develop and deliver Agile training and coaching programs
- Promote a culture of transparency, accountability, and continuous learning
- Track Agile metrics and use data to drive process improvements
Requirements
- Experience as an Agile Coach
- Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
- Experience coaching leaders, Scrum Masters, and Product Owners
- Knowledge of organizational change management
- Excellent facilitation and communication skills

About the Role
- We are seeking an experienced Agile Coach to drive Agile transformation across teams and departments.
- The ideal candidate will coach leaders, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and cross functional teams to improve Agile maturity, delivery effectiveness, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- This role requires a strong understanding of Agile frameworks, organizational change management, and leadership coaching.
