Lead Specialty Software Engineer - Blockchain Platform

Role Overview

Responsibilities

• Lead complex initiatives across selected domains and lead the team to achieve objectives.
• Design, develop, test, and implement applications, system components, tools, utilities, models, simulations, and analytics.
• Monitor systems, resolve escalated platform issues, and recommend permanent fixes for stability and resiliency.
• Support compliance, risk management, incident analysis, reporting, and stakeholder communication.
• Mentor software engineers and partner with production support and platform engineering teams.

Required Qualification

• 5+ years of specialty software engineering experience, or equivalent experience, training, military experience, or education.

Desired Qualifications

• Experience with Golang and Rust.
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with Agile or Kanban methodology and Site Reliability Engineering.
• Experience with blockchain platforms, including Cosmos SDK, CometBFT, and IBC.
• Expertise with blockchain technologies such as Ethereum, Hyperledger Fabric, Corda, and Solana.
• Experience with smart contracts, distributed systems, cryptography, consensus algorithms, token standards, and REST API integrations.
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases, CI/CD tools, monitoring tools, and private or public cloud environments.
• Working knowledge of ServiceNow and Infrastructure Service Management processes.
