Partner with the broader Sprinklr ecosystem to validate requirements and deliver “art-of-the-possible” demonstrations.

Apply design thinking and human-centered design principles to enterprise experience solutions.

Travel up to 40% and remain local to key customer regions.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or Engineering; Master’s degree preferred.

8+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, data architecture, and Contact Center/UC environments.

5+ years designing solutions within CCaaS platforms.

Experience implementing AI-driven solutions for martech and social platforms.

Expertise in cloud contact center ecosystems (e.g., Genesys, Amazon Connect, NICE, Five9).

Strong communicator with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value.

Demonstrated thought leadership through publishing, speaking, or industry engagement.

Proven ability to lead deep architectural discovery engagements.
