Role Overview
The Senior Success Manager supports enterprise customers through customer success strategy, product adoption, value realization, and organizational change.
The role requires deep understanding of customer businesses, processes, teams, technical architectures, and Sprinklr products.
The position works on the EMEA shift and takes a consultative approach to partnership strategy and customer outcomes.
Direct Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of customers at scale through proactive guidance, adoption support, and structured engagement programs.
- Prioritize customer needs and drive outcomes through digital touchpoints, virtual engagements, and scalable success programs.
- Guide customers on SaaS workflows, integrations, product capabilities, adoption, and best practices.
- Conduct Executive Business Reviews and Quarterly Business Reviews to demonstrate value, align objectives, review adoption, and identify growth opportunities.
- Build relationships with customer stakeholders, champions, and advocates across customer organizations.
- Oversee the customer adoption lifecycle and coordinate resources and solutions to achieve successful outcomes.
- Maintain stakeholder awareness of product capabilities, roadmap updates, releases, and relevant use cases.
- Co-develop success plans, define KPIs and success metrics, and conduct regular customer cadences.
