Lead Software Developer - AI

8–12+ years of overall IT experience.

3–5+ years in Solution Architecture or Technical Leadership roles.

Strong hands-on exposure to real-world AI/ML implementations.

5+ years of hands-on experience with the Pega Platform, including enterprise application architecture and solution design.

Strong understanding of Pega Infinity, Case Management, Decisioning, Integration Services, UI architecture, and application performance optimization.

Experience integrating Pega with AI services, Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI platforms, REST APIs, and enterprise applications.

Knowledge of Pega GenAI capabilities, Pega Blueprint, Customer Decision Hub (CDH), or related AI features will be an added advantage.

Deep knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and their AI services.

Strong understanding of enterprise integration patterns:

API Gateways

Event Streaming

Message Brokers

iPaaS

Expertise in modern architecture styles:

Microservices

Event-driven Architecture

CQRS

Clean / Hexagonal Architecture

Domain-Driven Design (DDD)

Strong understanding of security, identity, data protection, and compliance for AI systems.

Experience with container platforms, Kubernetes, and Infrastructure as Code.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to business and executive audiences.

Pega Lead System Architect (LSA) certification is highly preferred. Additional certifications such as Pega Senior System Architect (SSA), Pega Decisioning Consultant, or relevant AI/Cloud certifications (Azure AI, AWS AI, Google Vertex AI) are desirable.
