Role Overview
The SIOP Analyst supports sales, inventory, operations, and planning processes by aligning demand, supply, and inventory strategies.
The role focuses on maintaining optimal stock levels, meeting customer delivery performance targets, and supporting global logistics initiatives.
Demand and Supply Planning
- Participate in the SIOP process and complete supply review inputs and outputs on time.
- Support demand management through forecast reviews and ERP updates.
- Create and provide requirements for factories and third-party suppliers.
- Track delivery performance, days inventory on hand, excess and obsolete inventory, unmet demand, and late deliveries.
Inventory and Systems
- Coordinate inventory planning and optimize stock profiles according to company policies and KPIs.
- Perform safety stock and ABC calculations and initiate corrective actions for excess and obsolete stock.
- Maintain planning parameter integrity in ERP systems, preferably M3 or SAP.
- Support global logistics projects and alignment with business intelligence platforms.
