General Accounting

Experience in multi-entity accounting and working in a shared service or regional finance environment.

Exposure to manufacturing, engineering, project, or multinational company accounting environments.

Ability to independently manage close activities, reconciliations, audit requirements, and stakeholder follow-ups.

Good understanding of GST, TDS, TCS, statutory audits, tax audits, and India compliance requirements.

Ability to work with global stakeholders and support reporting requirements across multiple time zones.

Mindset for process improvement, automation, standardization, and strong governance.

Act as a reliable finance partner for assigned entities by ensuring accurate books, strong reconciliations, and timely reporting.

Strengthen financial controls by maintaining high-quality documentation, clear review trails, and timely closure of audit requirements.

Drive continuous improvement in GL processes through automation ideas, standard templates, and better close discipline.

Support a culture of integrity, accountability, collaboration, and proactive issue resolution within the finance team.
