- Support delivery teams to ensure solutions align with business processes and platform standards
Requirements
- Degree qualified
- At least 5 years experience in Business Analysis or Product Ownership, particularly within ServiceNow environments
- Strong experience working with ServiceNow Platform in agile environments
- Solid understanding of data related concepts such as ETL, data pipelines, tracking, logging, and distributed systems
- Advanced skills in requirements modeling and documentation

- Advanced skills in requirements modelling and documentation
Preferred Additional Experience
- Experience with affinity diagrams, user requirement specifications (URS), and technical writing
- Proactive, independent approach with ability to guide and influence stakeholders at all levels
