Position Overview
Implement and deploy Workato-based integration solutions for clients.
Manage the full integration project lifecycle from requirements gathering and technical design through deployment, testing, and post-implementation support.
Mentor junior team members and ensure integration standards and best practices are followed.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end Workato integration design, configuration, and testing.
- Set up Workato environments and translate business requirements into technical designs and integration flows.
- Conduct field mapping sessions with project teams and application owners.
- Prepare technical design specifications and coordinate application teams and stakeholders.
- Conduct end-to-end testing, drive test execution, and optimize integration solutions.
- Mentor junior consultants and business analysts on Workato and implementation methodologies.
- Provide post-implementation support, troubleshoot issues, and minimize disruption to business operations.
- Estimate project effort and contribute to recruiting, staffing, and training initiatives.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technology field.
