Responsibilities

  • Execute high volume outbound prospecting activities through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, voice notes, and other channels.
  • Identify and engage decision makers within recruitment agencies and staffing firms.
  • Generate a consistent volume of qualified meetings for the sales team.
  • Build, manage, and maintain a healthy pipeline of prospects within CRM.
  • Use AI, automation, LinkedIn, and modern sales technology to improve productivity.
  • Continuously test and optimize outreach sequences, messaging frameworks, and engagement tactics.
  • Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions, activities, and outcomes within CRM.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed individual activity, meeting generation, and pipeline creation targets.
  • Share successful prospecting techniques and best practices with the broader outbound team.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to refine outbound strategies, messaging, and prospecting approaches.
  • Act as a senior individual contributor within the sales organization.
  • Stay informed on product offerings, competitive landscape, and recruitment industry trends.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in outbound sales development, business development, or prospecting focused sales roles.
  • Bilingual communication in English.
  • Additional languages (such as Spanish) are a big plus.
  • Demonstrated success in a B2B sales environment.
  • Prior experience with software solution sales or within the recruitment industry is an advantage.
  • Strong cold calling, objection handling, and prospecting skills.
  • Proven ability to consistently exceed outbound activity and meeting generation targets.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Experience leveraging AI tools, automation, and modern sales technology.
  • Experience with tools such as HubSpot, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ChatGPT, Clay, or similar platforms.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross functional teams.
