- Execute high volume outbound prospecting through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, voice notes, and other channels
- Identify and engage decision makers within recruitment agencies and staffing firms
- Generate a consistent volume of qualified meetings for the sales team
- Build, manage, and maintain a healthy pipeline of prospects within CRM
- Use AI, automation, LinkedIn, and modern sales technology to improve productivity
- Continuously test and optimize outreach sequences and messaging
- Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions in CRM
- Consistently achieve and exceed individual activity and meeting generation targets
- Share successful prospecting techniques with the broader outbound team
- Collaborate with sales leadership to refine outbound strategies
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in outbound sales development or business development
- Bilingual communication in English
- Demonstrated success in B2B sales environment
- Strong cold calling, objection handling, and prospecting skills
- Proven ability to consistently exceed outbound activity and meeting generation targets
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience leveraging AI tools, automation, and modern sales technology

Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in outbound sales development, business development, or prospecting focused sales roles.
- Bilingual communication in English.
- Additional languages (such as Spanish) are a big plus.
- Demonstrated success in a B2B sales environment.
- Prior experience with software solution sales or within the recruitment industry is an advantage.
- Strong cold calling, objection handling, and prospecting skills.
- Proven ability to consistently exceed outbound activity and meeting generation targets.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Experience leveraging AI tools, automation, and modern sales technology.
- Experience with tools such as HubSpot, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ChatGPT, Clay, or similar platforms.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross functional teams.
