About this position
We have an exciting opportunity for an Lead RF Design Engineer in Troy MI. In this role, you’ll design, analyze, document and verify RF transceiver products for high volume production programs.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Development of Automotive RF transceiver HW for production programs
- Optimize designs for customer performance, manufacturability, and reliability
- Select components, design and analyze circuitry, support PCB layout for new products
- Simulation and modeling of antenna design and link budget for new products
- Develop design documentation to internal standards and customer deliveries
- Create and conduct verification of each pass of HW support validation test planning and equipment as needed
- Support manufacturing planning and test development
- Support customer reviews, presentations, builds and vehicle tests as needed
- Work closely with local and global team members
- Ability to travel up to 10% (International & Domestic)
