Responsibilities and Duties

Creation and maintenance of documentation and instructions for end-users of HPC infrastructure
Incident reaction, providing workarounds, root cause analysis and change suggestion to eliminate same issues in the future
Software efficiency analysis on HPC resources for both run time environment and end user application - continuous development of optimizations for both runtime and end-user applications
Monitoring of HPC services, development of plugins and scripts for automated infrastructure monitoring
Installation of new hardware and software
Development of scripts and orchestration rules for automated installation and management of the infrastructure.
Managing Server Hardware, Storage and UPS infrastructure
Cooperation with hardware and software vendors
Cooperation in projects - development of POC (proof of concept) installations, scripts and applications
