Job Summary

  • To lead the execution of organizational design, workforce planning and rewards activities for TAQA Generation, ensuring alignment with TAQA Group frameworks and governance.
  • The role provides analysis, modelling and implementation support to enable effective organizational structures, workforce decisions and reward outcomes across Generation assets.

Job Specific Responsibilities

  • Support the development and implementation of organizational design strategies and initiatives aligned with Generation business objectives and HQ frameworks.
  • Execute organizational design initiatives across Generation and its assets, ensuring alignment of structures, roles, processes and operating models to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Conduct and synthesize assessments of organizational structures, jobs, processes and workflows to identify improvement opportunities and support operating model alignment.
  • Support job analysis, job description development and job evaluation exercises in coordination with asset HR teams and HQ.
  • Coordinate with Mobility Manager (HQ) and relevant stakeholders to support internal mobility opportunities across business lines and assets.
  • Liaise with external consultants and stay informed on market practices to support organizational design initiatives.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership, HR and Finance to support workforce planning activities, including manpower assumptions, workload drivers and future staffing requirements.
  • Collect and analyze workforce data (demographics, skills, performance) to identify trends, gaps and optimization opportunities.
  • Support workforce optimization initiatives, including redeployment, restructuring and efficiency improvements.
  • Apply HR analytics and support predictive insights to identify workforce trends, capability gaps and planning opportunities.
  • Support the implementation of rewards frameworks and programs for Generation assets in alignment with TAQA Group policies.
  • Provide market insights, benchmarking and analytical support to inform reward decisions and ensure competitiveness, equity and alignment with pay for performance principles.

Essential Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent.
  • 5+ years of relevant working experience in Organization Design and Rewards or related field.
