Lead QA Engineer – Salesforce (SFDC) Testing

Required Qualifications and Skill

• BE/B.Tech, MCA, or equivalent degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 8–12+ years of QA/Testing experience, including 5+ years in Salesforce (SFDC) testing.
• Experience leading QA teams and enterprise Salesforce testing engagements.
• Strong Salesforce (SFDC) testing experience across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
• Good understanding of Salesforce test automation concepts (Selenium, Playwright, or similar tools).
• Hands-on experience with Test Planning, SIT, UAT, Regression Testing, Integration Testing, and Defect Management.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
• Experience in Clinical, Healthcare, Life Sciences, or other regulated environments.
• Salesforce certification is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the Salesforce QA team.
• Define and execute QA strategy, test plans, and quality standards.
• Manage end-to-end testing, including SIT, UAT, Regression, Integration, Functional, and Smoke Testing.
• Review test scenarios, test cases, execution results, and defect management.
• Ensure quality, risk management, and timely project delivery.
• Collaborate with business users, product owners, developers, and cross-functional teams.
• Provide testing status, quality metrics, and project updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with QA processes and regulatory requirements.

Work Schedule

• Candidates should be flexible to work in either of the following shifts based on project requirements:
• 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM IST , or
• 12:30 PM – 9:30 PM IST
