Software Dev Ops Engineer I

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.

Work closely with our existing Shared Services Engineering Team during our upcoming GitLab and JFrog platform Migration to ensure we have every element of the provisioning and management of our platform using programmatic Infrastructure as Code (IaC) for end-to-end automation

Design, build, and maintain scalable GitLab CI/CD pipelines and create and manage pipeline configurations

Configure and maintain GitLab Runners , including shared, group, and project runners. Implement CI/CD standards, reusable pipeline templates, and pipeline governance.

Manage GitLab repositories, branching strategies, merge requests, and approval workflows.

Integrate GitLab pipelines with code quality, security scanning, artifact repositories, and deployment tools. Troubleshoot pipeline failures and optimize pipeline performance.

Implement and maintain monitoring and logging solutions for applications and Kubernetes platforms

Be engaged, skilled, and eager to work closely with stakeholders and clients and create positive interactions and relationships to continue to drive the value of the platform higher for their business needs.

Be an integral member of technical staff and help develop, test, deploy, and operate our services 24x7x365 globally

7+ years of IT experience with a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, MCA, or MSc.

Experience in AIOPS.

Design, develop, and maintain GitLab CI/CD pipelines and GitLab Runners.

Deploy, manage, and troubleshoot applications on AWS EKS/Kubernetes.

Build and manage Docker images, Helm charts, and container registries such as ECR/Artifactory.

Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform and scripting tools such as Bash/Python.

Implement DevSecOps practices including security scanning, secrets management, and vulnerability remediation.

Manage Kubernetes networking, ingress, IAM, autoscaling, monitoring, and logging.

Troubleshoot CI/CD, Kubernetes, container, and AWS infrastructure issues.

Strong knowledge of Linux, AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, GitLab, Terraform, Helm, and monitoring tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, or Dynatrace, Agentic AI.
